How to Find Something
From the home page of the ATTO store, there are 2 ways to find what you want:
The home page has direct links to different categories of products.
The ATTO Store is searchable from most pages. Simply enter the words or term you are looking for and click on the
search button.
How to Buy
Buying from the ATTO Store is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop here and
when you place an order you can feel confident because your credit card information is protected by a secure server and internet connection.
For every offered item, there is an add to cart button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your
shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order
immediately, or continue shopping.
You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to
your shopping basket by clicking on the Show Order button.
Problems Ordering
If you click on the Add to Cart button and get no response, it is probably because you can't connect securely to our server. As a test, try
going to https://www.microsoft.com. If you can't connect securely to the Microsoft site, then you have an old browser which you will need
to upgrade. You may also be behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. In the event of problems contact your
network administrator for assistance.

Which credit cards does ATTO accept?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted.
Do I have to pay tax on my purchases?
Only New York State residents will have 8.75% sales tax automatically added to their order.
What shipping options do I have?
For orders shipped within the United States you have several options: FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Ground.
Orders shipped outside of the United States are shipped via FedEx Priority International. Rates are based on the weight of the total
shipment.
International Order Notes
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on any international order. All international orders are calculated and to be paid in
US funds directly to the carrier.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Typically, orders received before 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped no later than the next business day. In the event an item is out of stock the customer will be notified of the expected ship date via e-mail.
What is ATTO’s privacy policy?
ATTO Technology, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card
information or personal information to any third party.
If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to our newsletter, we may occasionally update you via email to provide you with
information on our company and products. You may choose to opt out of receiving future mailings by responding to the email and
indicating “Unsubscribe” in the subject.
When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
What is ATTO’s return policy?
For purchases made via the web, ATTO Technology offers a 30-day return policy from date of purchase for hardware products, and a 15-day return policy from date of purchase for software products. Opened software is not refundable.
Products purchased as Web Special’s or as discontinued products are non-cancelable and non-refundable and may only be returned
for repair or replacement if defective.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required to return a product for credit and can be obtained by contacting (716) 691-1999 or
sls@attotech.com and providing the following information: invoice number, name of purchaser, serial number of product and reason for
return. Product will not be accepted for return without a valid RMA number. All products must be returned in their original condition with
all manuals, cables and other accessories or the customer will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
What is ATTO’s warranty policy?
Warranty Information
Products manufactured and sold by ATTO shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Unless otherwise specified in a
supplemental agreement, this warranty is for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of initial shipment. ATTO’s sole
obligation in the event of a breach of such warranty shall be to replace or repair defective product. In no event shall ATTO have any
responsibility or bear any liability for the cost of labor for the removal of defective parts or the installation of replacement parts. ATTO is
not responsible for any cost of shipment of any defective Products returned to ATTO’s facilities or service center designated by ATTO.
The above warranties are contingent upon the proper use in the application for which the Product was intended and does not cover
Products which have been modified in any manner (whether with or without ATTO’s knowledge) or which have been subjected to
abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, or have been serviced, repaired or installed by unauthorized personnel. Unless otherwise specified
in a supplemental agreement, ATTO does not make warranties whatsoever as to Software. This warranty is intended solely for the
benefit of the original buyer and all claims hereunder shall be made by the original buyer and may not be made by others.
THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH ARE HEREBY
DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED BY ATTO, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND ALSO ALL OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF ATTO FOR DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, REPAIR OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL
ATTO’S LIABILITY OF ANY KIND INCLUDE ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ECONOMIC, INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
LOSSES OR DAMAGES, (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OR ALTERATION OF DATA, DELAYS OR LOST
PROFITS OR SAVINGS RELATED TO ITS PRODUCTS, OR OTHERWISE) EVEN IF ATTO SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO, AND SHALL NOT APPLY TO,
PRODUCTS OR COMPONENTS TO SYSTEMS NOT MANUFACTURED BY ATTO.
